Rolls-Royce in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Onsite Execution Engineer (Electrical/Genset Projects/Power Generation) to drive technical execution for diesel genset orders across APAC. You will lead balance-of-plant design, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery, safety, and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, 5+ years in genset projects, and hands-on site experience with electrical power systems.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years technical experience in diesel/gas engine or power generation.
• Hands-on experience in regional project execution, installation, site supervision and commissioning of diesel gensets.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Pre-Execution: support sales engineering and share lessons learned.
• Order Execution: take over orders, balance technical design with budget and commercial requirements, coordinate with teams and suppliers.
• Site Execution & Commissioning: provide onsite technical support including installation, supervision and commissioning.
• Others: stay updated on technical developments and travel as required.
