Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Genius to combine strong troubleshooting with an ability to excite customers about Apple products and services. You will educate customers on repair options, perform repairs, and help customers get the most from their devices.

You will also mentor team members, share knowledge, and support leadership in resolving escalations while maintaining an inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Ability to visually inspect hardware and perform repairs with fine motor skills.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the Genius Bar with repairs and knowledge sharing.
• Diagnose and repair Apple hardware and software issues.
• Educate customers on repairs and Apple offerings, and present product recommendations.
• Mentor and support Genius Bar team members, and escalate customer issues when needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive store environment and uphold Apple values.
