Job summary

ORION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance across building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic handyman tasks.

You will conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs; assist in installing or replacing electrical and mechanical equipment; and maintain records while ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or technical certificate in electrical, mechanical or related fields.
• At least 2 years of building/facility maintenance experience (mall, hotel, hospital).
• Basic knowledge in electrical systems, plumbing, and air conditioning.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Safety-conscious and reliable.

Responsibilities
