Job summary

Far East Organization is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across assigned properties in Johor Bahru. The role includes daily inspections, responding to tenant requests, and coordinating with external vendors for term contracts.

You will monitor utilities, manage stock, and support energy-saving initiatives while ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate holds a NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with hands-on maintenance

Qualifications

• NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience in building maintenance, with knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems.
• Good communication skills to interact with tenants, management, and contractors.
• Willingness and ability to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
