Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.

You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems, monitor critical equipment like chillers and generators, and coordinate with external contractors. The role emphasizes safety and regulatory compliance, and supports tenant fit-out works during mall events.

• Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and technical incidents.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and local statutory requirements.
• Support tenant fit-out works and provide technical assistance during mall events or special projects.

Coordinate and monitor the work of external contractors and service providers.

Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and local statutory requirements.

Ensure compliance with fire safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
