Job summary

The candidate will monitor critical equipment such as chillers, generators, transformers, pumps, escalators, and elevators, and provide technical support during tenant fit-outs and mall events.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and other facility systems.
• Monitor the performance of chillers, generators, transformers, pumps, escalators, elevators and other critical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and technical incidents.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and local statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
• Support tenant fit-out works and provide technical assistance during mall events or special projects.
