Job summary

DOMO GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect property and structures to ensure functional systems and safety. You will perform electrical and plumbing tasks, order parts, and maintain documentation while contributing to a safe, comfortable environment.

The role requires a Diploma/STPM and preferably 2 years of relevant experience; you should be able to work independently and handle maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Min academic qualification is Diploma/STPM.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in similar industry / environment.
• Able to work with independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property and structures to determine functional systems and defect malfunctions.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance (replacement/repair of fixtures, bulbs, sockets, fuses etc.).
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance (repair of leaks, unclogging, hoses).
• Maintain property safety and provide a comfortable environment.
• Order parts and maintain required documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Inspects property and other structures to determine functional systems and defect malfunctions

Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords and etc)

Performs minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of frains, trenching, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.)

Maintain the property safety and provide a comfortable environment

Order parts and maintain required documents.

Perform other work related duties as assigned

Requirement:
