Job summary

KIP Property Services in Kota Tinggi, Johor is seeking a Maintenance Technician to safeguard and service building systems across the mall environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect equipment, and carry out general tasks such as welding and installation as required.

You will monitor electrical, water usage and lighting, ensure safety standards, and help keep facilities well-maintained through routine servicing and timely repairs. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Holders of SKM Level 2/3, PW2 @ PW4, Wireman / Aircond, or any related field relevant for building maintenance
