Job summary

Rahim & Co International Property Consultants is seeking a Technician responsible for civil, mechanical, and electrical works in a building environment. Duties include addressing complaints, supervising contractors, daily facility inspections, and ad-hoc tasks as directed by supervision.

The ideal candidate will have at least SPM or diploma in a related discipline, with 1+ year of relevant experience. Electrical/electronic skills are a plus, and readiness to respond to emergency calls, including

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/PW/AO/A1 or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Good skills in handling maintenance and repairs of building facilities.
• Electrical and electronic skills/experiences will be an added advantage.
• Able to respond to emergency calls as and when required, including public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attend to complaints from owners/tenants.
• Monitor and supervise contractors on maintenance/service work.
