Job description

What you'll be doing

• Operating various machines and equipment used in our manufacturing operations.
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance and condition of machines and equipment, including daily maintenance of shop floor equipment and utilities.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborating with team members to optimize production processes and finish the entire production line.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to your work activities.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What we're looking for

• At least 1‑2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Candidates residing in Setia Alam or surrounding areas are preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required, and knowing Mandarin would be a significant advantage.
• This is a 5‑day work week position, with a compulsory 2.5 hours of overtime daily. The compensation includes a basic salary of approximately RM2,500 plus 2.5 hours of overtime.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing/production setting (Plastic Injection Molding experience is a plus).
• High attention to detail and basic mathematical/measurement abilities.
