Job summary

TIMESCONSULT in Malaysia seeks a Senior Property Development Director to lead strategies, planning, sales and marketing to drive growth.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle from budgeting and approvals to launches and on-time delivery, focusing on profitability and cross‑functional collaboration.

A Civil Engineering degree with 15+ years in luxury property development is required; Mandarin language skills are preferred for stakeholder engagement.
