As the General Manager – Property Development, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for a landmark master-planned development. Reporting directly to regional executive leadership, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from master planning refinement, design development, and regulatory approvals, through to construction execution, commercial strategy, and handovers.
Strategic Oversight: Drive the end-to-end development strategy, financial modeling, budget optimization, and profitability targets for active and upcoming mixed-use phases.
Project Delivery: Direct multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure construction execution meets strict international standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with local government authorities, joint venture partners, consultancies, and main contractors.
Commercial Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Asset Management teams to design market-responsive products, launch strategies, and commercial mix strategies.
Risk & Operations: Identify operational and regulatory risks, establish mitigation protocols, and uphold corporate governance across all local legal frameworks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in property development, with at least 5 years in an executive or Assistant General Manager-level role overseeing large-scale, multi-phase master-planned developments.
