Responsibilities

• Strategic Oversight: Drive end-to-end development strategy, financial modeling, budget optimization, and profitability targets for active and upcoming mixed-use phases.
• Project Delivery: Direct multi-disciplinary project teams to ensure construction execution meets international standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain partnerships with government authorities, joint venture partners, consultancies, and main contractors.
• Commercial Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Asset Management teams to design market-responsive products and launch strategies.
• Risk & Operations: Identify operational and regulatory risks, establish mitigation protocols, and uphold governance across local legal frameworks.

As the General Manager – Property Development, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for a landmark master-planned development. Reporting directly to regional executive leadership, you will oversee the full project lifecycle—from master planning refinement, design development, and regulatory approvals, through to construction execution, commercial strategy, and handovers.
