Job summary

Accor is seeking a General Manager for the Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and maximise guest satisfaction. The role requires a global hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering premium service and strong commercial performance.

You will oversee departments such as rooms, sales, marketing, digital initiatives, e-commerce, and F&B while fostering a collaborative team culture and aligned with Accor's values.

Qualifications

• 3+ years GM experience in premium/midscale hotel.
• Leadership style enabling collaboration.
• Knowledge in rooms, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and F&B.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest experience.
• Identify and implement strategic actions attracting domestic and international travelers.
• Drive the hotel’s commercial performance.
• Create a performance-driven culture meeting stakeholders' objectives: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.
