Job summary

Accor Kuala Lumpur City Centre is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will shape strategic actions to attract guests regionally and internationally while steering a high-performance team across rooms, sales, marketing, and F&B.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a General Manager in a premium or midscale hotel (Asia preferred).
• Strong leadership to drive a dynamic team.
• Solid knowledge across rooms, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce and F&B services.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and ensure superior guest experience.
• Identify and implement strategic actions to attract domestic and international travelers.
• Drive the hotel’s commercial performance.
• Create a performance-driven culture aligned with guests, employees, owners and Accor.
