Job summary

We seek a leader with 8–10 years in hotel operations, a degree or diploma in business or hotel management, and experience at senior levels in luxury environments. Strong financial acumen and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with leadership roles.
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Hotel Management or related discipline.
• Previous experience as Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or equivalent senior operational position in luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and drive guest satisfaction and staff engagement.
• Ensure operational efficiency, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.
• Review guest feedback, respond appropriately, and maintain high visibility in public areas.
• Lead and develop operating teams across key departments to deliver exceptional service.
