As part of our expansion plans, this role will play a critical part in setting up and strengthening operational structures, improving efficiency, and driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, strategic, and experienced in managing complex operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the establishment and operations of assigned business units and projects ensuring efficiency, compliance, productivity, welfare, and alignment with company goals.
• Responsible for the overall Profit and Loss of the business, formulate business plans to ensure continued growth and long-term sustainability in line with corporate strategy & direction.
• Provide overall leadership and operational management expertise for business units, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure business goals are achieved efficiently and within the established timelines.
• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for establishing and optimizing the business units. This includes detailed operational planning, budgeting, resource allocation and formulating both short-term and long-term growth strategies.
• Analyze data and performance metrics across all business units to identify opportunities, address challenges, and enhance the company’s competitive edge. Use insights to optimize processes, drive profitability, and support strategic planning.
• Organize, manage and lead multi-professional teams by ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while fostering collaboration, maintaining high productivity, and addressing operational challenges promptly.
• Oversee the purchase of raw materials, closely monitor and track production plan, quality levels, on-time delivery so as to maximizing cost efficiencies and minimize wastages.
• Reviews the HR strategy and planssuch as organization structure reviews, workforce planning and recruitment activities, goals settings and performance review.
• Continuouslybuild and maintain good relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders in order to effectively achieve business goals.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, preferably a Master’s in Business administration or any related field.
• Preferable candidates with Senior Manager experience and at least 10 years in agriculture industry.
• Candidates with agriculture related experience and knowledge on integrated agriculture farming policies & regulations will have added advantage.
• Strategic thinker with keen business acumen and good sense of integrity.
