Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Senior Manager experience with at least 10 years in agriculture.
• Experience with integrated agriculture policies & regulations.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee establishment and operations of business units and projects with efficiency and alignment to goals.
• Responsible for the overall P&L; formulate plans for growth and sustainability.
• Provide leadership and risk mitigation to achieve business goals on time.
• Develop roadmaps for establishing and optimizing business units including budgeting.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities and improve profitability.
• Lead multi-professional teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Oversee raw materials purchases, monitor production plans, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Review HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, and performance reviews.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet goals.
