GOLDEN CORN PLANTATION SDN. BHD. is seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as Assistant Farm Manager. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing daily farm operations and supporting the Farm Manager in the planning, coordination, and management of farm activities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate farm workers to ensure smooth and efficient farm operations.

Monitor crop health and implement appropriate cultivation, maintenance, and harvesting practices.

Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

Assist the Farm Manager in planning and executing farm management strategies.

Maintain accurate records of farm activities, production output, and inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies, agricultural regulations, and industry best practices.

Prepare and submit regular operational reports to management.

Monitor the proper use and maintenance of farm equipment and machinery.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within the agriculture or plantation industry.
