Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in plantation/agro-commodity sectors preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in senior management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategic plan and business targets with clear KPIs.
• Drive revenue, profit, productivity, and growth targets.
• Ensure efficient, sustainable estate operations and agronomic practices.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
• Identify investment opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
• Ensure projects are delivered on scope, cost, time, and quality.
• Present performance updates and strategic issues to the Board.
• Foster a results-driven, accountable work culture.
• Manage risks across operations, finances, assets, and continuity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Plantation Management, Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Business, Finance, Economics or related field
