Job summary

Agroto Business (M) Sdn Bhd in Perak is seeking a Junior Executive to support supply demand optimization. You will gather sales data, orders, and market information to back demand forecasting and help update forecasts while communicating changes to teams.

You will assist in coordinating between farm production, packing, and business development, monitor inventory, prepare reports, and help improve processes under guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• Some experience or internship in demand planning, supply chain, or related roles is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of supply chain or demand planning concepts preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering sales data, customer orders, and market information to support demand forecasting.
• Help update demand forecasts and communicate changes to relevant teams.
