Job summary

MRMC Consultants Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a General Insurance Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangsar. This full-time role supports the delivery of high-quality general insurance services to our clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of general insurance or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with the team on product developments, handle policy inquiries, and help ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a general insurance or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Relevant insurance qualifications or certifications would be highly desirable.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and policy details
• Stay informed of industry regulations and trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for growth
