Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, responsible, punctual and customer-focused.
• Willing to learn about products, promotions and store processes.
• Comfortable supporting livestreams and basic online engagement.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Follow store SOPs and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Clearly explain product features, pricing, warranty and store policies.
• Support daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through active customer engagement and upselling.
• Assist with livestream sessions, showcase products and answer basic customer questions.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, labelled and priced, and keep the store clean and organised.
• Support stock receiving, tagging, inventory updates, and daily opening/closing activities.
• Follow Store SOPs for product handling, sales transactions and cash handling.
• Work closely with Store Manager and team, supporting campaigns and promotions when required.
