Job summary

CG Computers Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and drive store sales. You will greet customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and manage POS transactions while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role requires basic English and Bahasa Malaysia, flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays, and a willingness to learn product knowledge. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• SPM and above.
• Retail, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and after-sales services clearly.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales value.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously and effectively.
• Provide accurate information to build customer trust and long-term relationships.
• Operate POS systems for billing, payments, and returns.
• Ensure correct handling of cash, cards, and digital payments.
• Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and safety at all times.
