Job summary

Krypton Fund Services in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced fund administrator to support hedge fund NAV production, fee calculations, and portfolio valuations. The role requires 6-8 years in financial services with strong Excel skills and a track record in people management.

Responsibilities include NAV sign-off, fee structure reviews, and ensuring SLA compliance while coordinating year-end processes and client onboarding. Evening and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Financial Services, particularly fund accounting.
• Managing and/or leading 3-4 employees for 2-3 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to identify and resolve issues independently.
• Able to communicate professionally both written and verbally.
• Organized, able to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines in a team environment.
• Experience in PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform the administration of and services pursuant to administration agreements for hedge fund clients.
• Review and sign-off NAV calculations including fees, accruals, and performance computations.
• Value hedge fund portfolio holdings and review fee structures.
• Plan, schedule and manage daily client deliverables within the team.
• Ensure high SLA compliance and maintain production controls.
• Manage year-end processes with audit timelines and financial rolls.
• Support day and night shift coverage and onboarding of new clients.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost management while maintaining controls.
