Job summary

Citi in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Fund Accounting Senior Manager to lead NAV valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team. The role drives business execution, strategic initiatives, financial management, governance, and workforce planning across Fund Services, partnering with senior leadership to deliver objectives.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in business management, strategy, finance, or operations.
• Experience in fund accounting or financial services environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Proven capability to work with senior executives and prepare executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define and execute strategic priorities.
• Lead budgeting, headcount planning, and financial performance management.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting for decision-making.
• Oversee governance activities, audits, and regulatory commitments.
• Identify efficiency and cost-optimization opportunities across the organization.
• Manage risk and control agendas, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance, Tech, and Operations.
• Support workforce strategy through planning and talent management.
• Prepare executive-level reviews and strategic updates for leadership.
