Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable back office professional to support fund administration across the Group. The role involves handling fund accounting tasks, NAV calculations, and preparing financial statements with accuracy and timeliness.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in accountancy and at least 1 year of relevant fund experience, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time on-site position in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or related field; professional accounting certificate preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in fund administration or fund audit.
• Familiarity with auditing standards and knowledge of financial instruments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality back office support for offices within the Group.
• Administer administration agreements for hedge funds, private equity and unit trusts.
• Perform trade upload, reconciliation, valuation and fee calculations for various fund types.
• Prepare periodic NAV calculations and financial statements.
• Liaise with fund auditors and resolve audit queries.
