Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 6-8 years in financial services, especially fund accounting in fund administration.
• Manage/lead 3-4 employees for 2-3 years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to resolve issues independently.
• Able to communicate professionally in writing and speaking.
• Organized, multi-tasking, and able to meet deadlines in a team.
• Experience with PFS-Paxus is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer the administration agreements for a hedge fund client portfolio.
• Review and sign-off NAV calculations, including fee amortization and accruals.
• Valuation of hedge fund portfolio holdings and fee structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with Krypton internal functions.
• Plan, schedule and manage daily workflows for all client deliverables.
• Monitor deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain FTE deployment for production, overtime, and cost management.
• Escalate material issues affecting NAV production to the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate year-end audit timelines and financial rolls with the team.
• Engage and onboard new clients and support team initiatives.
