Job summary

NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web systems. You will work on Python and Go projects, implement features, fix bugs, and document changes for cross-functional teams including operations and after-sales.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of Python or Go experience, Mandarin fluency, and strong backend/API knowledge. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur with standard hours and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in IT or a related field required.
• Mandarin fluency (spoken and written) is essential.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Python or Go Developer.
• Strong experience with Python and/or Go and frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI, Gin/Echo).
• Solid backend development understanding, API design, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiar with Redis and MongoDB NoSQL databases and handling large data/high concurrency.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and configuring web app servers.
• Experience building systems with large data volumes, high traffic, and performance optimization.
• Familiar with Nginx configuration, load balancing, and reverse proxy operations.
• Strong communication, learning agility, teamwork, and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Python and Go projects for high-performance web systems.
• Plan, design, and implement new features with cross-functional teams.
• Write development documentation for new features and databases.
• Design and build new feature modules and admin tools per after-sales requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and after-sales to gather feedback and resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to maintain stability of business systems and fix bugs.
• Upgrade, iterate, and maintain product feature modules.
