Job summary

MKA Group is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Technology team, supporting ERP/WMS/POS solutions for retail and distribution across Southeast Asia. You will develop backend APIs in .NET Core and frontend apps with Angular, Ionic, and Electron.

The role requires a Bachelor's in software engineering or CS, strong C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server skills, and experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and modern frontend tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with ERP or POS system development is a plus.
• Frontend experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS.
• Familiarity with Ionic/Electron is a bonus.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and Git workflows.

Full Stack Software Engineer (ERP/WMS/POS)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands‑on Full Stack Developer with strong knowledge and experience in ERP systems to join our growing Technology team.

This role will be supporting to the iDCP Systems Sdn Bhd, as part of MKA Group. Which is a Malaysia-based technology company specializing in cloud-based Omnichannel Commerce ERP solutions for retail and distribution businesses across Southeast Asia. https://www.idcp.my.

Job Description:

Analyze business requirements and technical specifications.

Perform impact analysis for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Design and develop scalable, modular, and reusable software components.

Develop and maintain backend APIs using .NET Core.

Develop responsive web, mobile, and desktop applications using Angular, Ionic, and Electron.

Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and database structures.

Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

Assist in software deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.
Participate in R&D and technology evaluation for continuous product improvement.

Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, and MS SQL Server.

Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or Point of Sale (POS) system development or other business application development will be an added advantage.

Experience developing frontend applications using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS.

Experience in developing cross-platform applications using Ionic and/or Electron will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with business processes such as Inventory Management, Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Warehouse Management (WMS), Point of Sale (POS), CRM, and Retail Operations will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of RESTful API design, asynchronous programming, and modern software architecture.

Familiar with state management and component-based frontend development.
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.

Able to manage multiple assignments independently while working effectively in a team environment.

Good communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Additional Info:

Our HQ is located at: 40, Jln TPP 5, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor.

Working hours is 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (fully Onsite).
