You will oversee AP/AR/GL, cash flow forecasting, intercompany reconciliations, tax compliance and liaise with auditors. The role demands strong Excel skills and meticulous record-keeping. This is a hands-on position requiring 3–5 years of relevant experience, ability to handle multiple companies

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Able to independently manage accounts for multiple companies.
• Familiar with Malaysian accounting, tax and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced functions.

Aufgaben

• Handle full sets of accounts for 10+ entities including AP/AR/GL.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations, fixed assets and depreciation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor deadlines.
• Assist SST, Form E, and liaise with auditors.
