Job summary

EXEO Global Pte Ltd in Malaysia (Selangor) is seeking a Finance/Accounts Professional to manage full set of accounts, month-end closing, reporting, and consolidation for entities.

You will prepare GST/SST returns, inter-company reconciliations, implement internal controls, and support auditors, tax agents, and bankers. Diploma in accounting and 2+ years' experience required; SAP knowledge and audit experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting/finance or professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Audit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including month end closing activities, financial & management reports, and analysis of expenses.
• Assist in preparing entities monthly reporting packs and sub-group consolidation.
• Prepare GST/SST returns, audit schedules and inter-company and creditors’ reconciliations.
• Implement internal control policies and procedures.
• Assist in handling auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, and banker.
• Any other duties assigned when required.
