Flowserve Solutions (Malaysia) SDN BHD is seeking an Accountant to analyse financial information and prepare reports to determine assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities. The role involves US-GAAP month-end closing, general ledger analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, SOX controls, and collaboration with vendors and customers on fixed assets.

Strong communication and ERP experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with US-GAAP month-end close.

Aufgaben

• Participate in assigned accounting and month-end close processes under US-GAAP.
• Prepare daily/ monthly reports and assist General Accounting team.
• Perform month-end closings, GL analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliations; prepare SOX controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding fixed assets and related issues.
• Assist with issues impacting timely month-end closing.
