Job summary

Itik Enak - PG Lean Hwa Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a competent accounting professional in Malaysia to manage the full set of accounts and support monthly statements and reports.

The role requires independent work and strong familiarity with accounting software to ensure accurate records. The successful candidate will handle AP/AR/GL, perform reconciliations, monitor cash flows and assist with audits and statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to handle full set of accounts independently.
• Familiarity with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and GL.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accuracy of records.
• Monitor cash flow and update daily collections and payments.
• Prepare and process supplier payments, staff claims and petty cash.
• Ensure timely billing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in audit, tax submission and statutory compliance.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines.
