Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end closing.
• Familiar with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliations and preparing basic financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Full Sets of Accounts: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, general ledgers, and month-end/year-end closing.
• AR/AP: Process vendor payments, track customer billings, issue invoices, and perform collections.
• Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Audit & Compliance Support: Assist in preparing financial statements, trial balances, and documentation for external auditors and tax agents.
