Job summary

D2C & EC Enablement is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse fulfillment. You will own the floor, optimize picking and packing, and ensure SLAs are met in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

You will manage WMS workflows, schedule staff including OT and part-timers, and drive accuracy from receiving to dispatch, maintaining live inventory and timely customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience in warehouse fulfillment operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse floor mechanics and workflows.
• Proactive with ownership mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage floor staff and resolve fulfillment issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end daily warehouse operations, optimizing picking, packing, and workflows for efficiency.
• Schedule and manage the workforce, including OT and part-time staff to meet fluctuating volumes.
• Drive fulfillment execution, monitor SLAs, and oversee the complete order lifecycle to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Own the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related workflows for accurate task delegation and live inventory reconciliation.
