D2C & EC Enablement in Malaysia seeks a Junior Executive to support daily warehouse fulfillment operations on the floor, assisting picking, packing, and general workflows to keep our e-commerce ecosystem running smoothly. You will work with experienced managers, use the WMS, and help meet SLAs, especially during high-volume campaigns.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Interest in e-commerce fulfillment and warehouse operations.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and use WMS and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and floor workflows.
• Assist team leads with scheduling and guiding part-time staff during high-volume shifts.
• Manage orders, monitor timelines, and help meet SLAs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize WMS and digital tools to track tasks and perform inventory checks.
• Identify bottlenecks and help improve daily picking and packing workflows.
