Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Office Ambassador to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing front office operations with precision and care.

You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, manage reservations in Opera PMS, upsell hotel services, and collaborate with housekeeping to ensure a seamless stay. Strong English and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum front office or guest service experience.
• Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as the primary contact and brand representative.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs accurately and bill appropriately.
• Manage reservations in the PMS and communicate with guests about bookings.
• Upsell hotel services and coordinate with housekeeping for seamless stays.
