• Experience in guest service or front office role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and front office procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and complete the check-in and check-out process.
• Process guest departures by verifying charges and handling payments.
• Provide hotel and local knowledge to assist guest inquiries.
• Upsell hotel services to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
