Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking front desk staff for a resort in Subang Jaya. You will manage guest check-in and check-out, handle room assignments, and assist with reservations while delivering warm, professional service.

You will respond to guest enquiries and concerns, follow health, safety, and emergency procedures, and maintain accuracy and courtesy in every interaction.

• Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns
• Assist with room reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest enquiries
• Follow all health, safety, security, and emergency procedures established by the resort
• Demonstrate professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail in every guest interaction
