Job summary

LS Medical Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant - Aesthetic Clinic in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales for our aesthetic services. You will guide clients through their aesthetic journey, recommend tailored solutions and build lasting relationships.

The role requires 2+ years of sales or beauty industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet targets in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales or customer-facing roles in beauty
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare and beauty services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with rapid rapport-building
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a consumer-facing environment
• Knowledge of skin types and conditions, ability to identify client concerns
• Proficiency with clinic software and POS systems
• Fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Team player with ability to support clinic operations
• Problem-solving mindset with client-focused approach
• Certification or training in beauty, aesthetics or sales is advantageous

About the role LS Medical Group is seeking a Beauty Consultant - Aesthetic Clinic to join our growing team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales for our aesthetic clinic services. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our clinic, guiding clients through their aesthetic journey and helping them achieve their beauty goals. This position is instrumental in building client relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending tailored aesthetic solutions that align with their aspirations.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or beauty industry roles (2+ years preferred)
• Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments, skincare and beauty services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a customer-facing environment
• Knowledge of skin types and conditions, and ability to identify client concerns
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and point-of-sale systems
• Fluency in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus given the local market)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Professional appearance and commitment to personal grooming standards
• Ability to work in a team and support clinic operations
• Problem-solving mindset with a client-focused approach
• Certification or training in beauty, aesthetics or sales is advantageous
