Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle check-ins/check-outs and reservations using the PMS.
• Answer guest inquiries about facilities and local attractions.
• Answer calls, emails and other correspondence in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Process payments and reconcile guest accounts.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks and peak-period support.
