Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited is seeking a proactive Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and tenants within a busy mall environment. The role includes front desk management, basic administration, and support for the Marketing Communications team.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years' experience in reception, customer service, retail, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, customer service or related roles preferred.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for visitors, tenants, vendors and contractors.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally.
• Assist with office administration and coordination of meetings.
• Support Customer Service during staff shortages, peak periods and events.
• Assist with marketing administration and dissemination of notices to tenants.
