PUSAT PEMULIHAN PERTUTURAN PACIFIC is seeking a Front Desk cum Customer Service Executive to warmly greet walk-in customers, answer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person, and manage appointments at The Starling Mall, Petaling Jaya.

You will maintain records, handle payments reminders, assist with general admin, and support management with ad hoc tasks. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome and on-the-job training is provided.

Formación

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Diploma holders encouraged.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin preferred.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and basic administrative software).

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers.
• Track customer payments and issue payment reminders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Handle general administrative and front desk duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
