TAD Solutions Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang invites applications for a Front Desk / Customer Service role at our facility. You will attend to walk-in customers, manage bookings, and promote memberships while providing accurate info on classes and facilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and handle general enquiries at the front counter.
• Manage bookings and payment transactions.
• Provide accurate information on fitness classes, schedules, and facilities.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, packages, and services to customers.
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, email and online enquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Resolve customer concerns or elevate when necessary.

Requirement
