Hair Soul is looking for an Administration & Outlet Support team member to welcome customers, manage bookings, and handle inquiries across WhatsApp, calls, social media and walk-ins. This role involves front-desk tasks, sales support, and coordinating with therapists to ensure smooth daily operations.

Relocation to Johor Bahru is required. Bring professionalism, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to help grow retention, process payments, and maintain precise records.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-ins
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and follow-ups
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Provide information about our services, treatments, promotions and packages
• Handle customer check-in, check-out and payments
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
• Coordinate appointments and customer requests with therapists
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Assist with daily front desk and basic administrative duties
• Support customer retention and sales activities
• Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to promptly
• Work closely with the outlet team to ensure smooth daily operations
