Job summary

Pacific Speech Therapy and Learning Centre – Petaling is hiring a Front Desk cum Customer Service Executive to greet visitors at The Starling Mall location and manage daily front desk duties. You will handle inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email and in person, schedule appointments, send reminders, and maintain accurate records.

The role requires strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).

Qualifications

• Basic customer service and administrative tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Send appointment reminders and follow up with customers.
• Track customer payments and issue payment reminders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.
• Handle general administrative and front desk duties.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
