Aramex Malaysia is seeking an experienced Logistics Pricing Coordinator to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and service providers. You will provide shipment updates and monitor market rates to stay competitive in the freight market.
The role requires a diploma or degree in logistics, at least 3 years in freight forwarding or commercial operations, and familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems.

Respond to inquiries from customers, overseas agents, and business partners.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and customer requests.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers, carriers, and service providers.
Provide shipment updates and ensure timely communication with customers.
Keep updated on market rates and freight industry trends.
Source competitive freight rates from airlines, shipping lines, transporters, and logistics partners.
Negotiate rates and service terms with carriers and vendors.
Prepare and submit quotations, pricing proposals, and tender bids.
Monitor customer portals for new business and bidding opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of rates, quotations, tenders, and vendors.
Prepare and share SOPs for awarded business with the Operations team, including rates, service requirements, documentation (e.g., CIPL), and customer instructions.
Coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Liaise with carriers, overseas agents, and service providers to support daily operations.
Provide final selling rates and quotations to customers for confirmation before billing and invoice issuance, including any additional charges where applicable.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities and market trends.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, procurement, or commercial operations.
Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and transportation services.
Experience in freight quotations, tenders, and rate negotiations.
Familiarity with CargoWise or similar freight management systems is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
