Job summary

XIN HWA SUPPLY CHAIN SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, support indoor sales coordination, and coordinate import/export freight operations to ensure smooth shipment handling and excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, and strong communication in Mandarin, English and Malay.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, indoor sales coordination, freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English & Malay; Mandarin preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of freight operations, shipping documents and import/export procedures is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, shipment bookings, and service-related matters.
• Prepare freight quotations and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate import/export shipments via air, sea, and road freight with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, including BL/AWB, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Liaise with operations, warehouse, transportation, finance, and billing teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate invoicing.
• Resolve shipment issues, handle customer complaints, and follow up until closure.
• Maintain proper customer records, shipment details, and operational reports.
