Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator with at least 1 year of sea freight or forwarding experience. You will coordinate sea freight export bookings, manage documentation, and liaise with shipping lines, customers, and internal teams.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply; a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Business is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sea freight or freight forwarding.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Sea freight export bookings and shipment documentation.
• Register and manage shipment information accurately in CW1 and internal systems.
• Liaise with shipping lines, customers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including Bill of Lading, manifests, and export documentation.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure timely invoicing, costing, and payment collection.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and customer requirements.
