Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to act as the primary liaison between customers and warehouse operations in Johor Bahru. You will ensure customer requirements align with KPIs and drive smooth integration with existing processes.

The role emphasizes implementing customer projects on time, maintaining clear stakeholder communications, and keeping detailed records of agreements and communications for traceability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working experience in the related industry.
• Experience in contract logistics / warehousing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customer and warehouse operation teams to ensure customer's requirements are aligned with operational KPIs
• Prepare and ensure all SOPs / Contacts are adhered to and any fall-outs are addressed on priority
• Responsible for implementation of customer projects, ensuring timely execution and smooth integration with current operations
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding operational matters, customer needs and service improvements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agreements, contracts, and customer communication to ensure traceability and smooth follow-up on outstanding issues or commitments
